• 1 day (6 hrs instruction): $90/student
  • 2 day (12 hrs instruction):  $150/student
  • 3 day (18 hrs instruction): $220/student
    There is a five-student minimum for all workshops.

Class Reservation Fee:  $50 per workshop (in addition to student tuition) to reserve your dates and defray transportation costs.  This fee is only incurred once if multiple classes are scheduled back-to-back. A workshop is not considered to be finalized until the reservation fee has been received.

Tuition payments: Payment of 50% tuition due 2 weeks prior to the class with balance due at the first session.  Tuition may be paid individually or collectively by the organizer. Payments may be made in the form of cash, check, or PayPal.

Refund policy: If you must cancel an entire workshop, the cancellation must be received in writing (email will work) two weeks or more before the first day of class.  Andrew regrets that he cannot make refunds after that point, because it won’t be possible to book another class on such short notice.

Individual students must notify the instructor or organizer of their cancellation within 72 hours of the workshop to receive a refund of their tuition.  With the exception of serious illness or a  family emergency, no refunds will be given for cancellations that occur less than 72 hours from the start of the class.

Costs cover:  Instruction, class materials, and instructor transportation within the state of TX.  Transportation costs for travel outside of TX must be covered in full.

Host organization must provide:  facility use/rental, childcare (if needed), and snacks/food for class members unless they provide their own.
