Intro to DMing for Adults/Educators - August 1-5, 10am-1pm AND 2pm-5pm CT

$295.00

Pre-requisite: Must have prior D&D player experience; attending one of the Adult/Educator Camps above does count!

This extended format will provide students the opportunity to develop leadership and storytelling skills by taking on the role of the Dungeon Master! Each day we’ll spend a little bit of time diving into the nuts and bolts of how to be a good DM, and a little bit of time playing! As an added bonus, we’ll provide you resources for establishing a D&D club at your school and/or integrating elements from D&D into your classrooms.

In the evenings, students will be asked to begin preparing a one-shot adventure of their choosing, which they will take turns running for the group beginning on the afternoon of day 3, with the instructor there to help them. They’ll get feedback on their leadership, preparation, and storytelling, and plenty of encouragement from their fellow participants!

This camp runs 6 hours per day for 5 days.
